We solved it differently. When hashing Python scripts, rpmlint will now ignore minor Python versions in shebangs. That means the whitelisted hashes will stay the same. As soon as the latest rpmlint submission goes through, this request should build as well. https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1130950
