This SR doesn't break Leap. It already doesn't build in https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:python:flask/python-Flask-SocketIO. The missing dependency is in devel:languages:python but since d:l:p is not inherited by :flask and the package was never submitted to Leap... maybe we can link the python-python-socketio package from d:l:p:flask ? Actually, maybe it would break it once the dependency is available. I'll leave the skip_python2 just in case
