* Fix bugs in internal parser from strings.
* Make ginsh evaluate line-by-line in non-interactive mode.
* Several build fixes.
* remove obsolete patch ginac-doc-latex-symbol-error.patch
becuase it has applied into source code
* update patch ginac-fix-makeindex.patch because one line
changed

I mentioned the reason (obsolete) in changes: "remove obsolete patch ginac-doc-latex-symbol-error.patch", and you mean I need to provide more details, right?

Yes please. As in why is it obsolete? Perhaps it is already included upstream or just does not apply for some other reason?
