Looks like clang-devel >= 8 should be bumped to 17 then?
clang-devel >= 8
I don't think it's really needed, the problem in SLE was that if clang17-devel is not forced, then clang17 is used but clang15-devel is installed and used so there's a internal compiler error because of the incorrect header versions
That sounds like a clang bug, either in code or packaging
