ping? Maybe I don't understand your invocation. Could you please explain what you intend with this, why you can't use standalone `%{?sle15_python_module_pythons}` and possibly reopen this request?
I don't think this is your desired behaviour... the invocation looks like you want python3 (e. g. Python 3.6), but you get python311. If this is really what you want you could use the macro just standalone.
