That's one of the known solver bugs: kdsingleapplication-devel-1.1.0-1.2.x86_64 requires a fixed version of libkdsingleapplication1_1 and libkdsingleapplication1_1 provides/obsoletes libkdsingleapplication 1.0.0. They can't coexist
Could be something else for this SR, installcheck didn't try the superseding request yet

Such things are always wrong - installcheck might not be the smartest, but almost all workaround ever produced by humans were even wronger
How do we fix this?
we don't.
Once https://build.opensuse.org/package/rdiff/openSUSE:Tools/openSUSE-release-tools?linkrev=base&rev=1551 reaches factory, the issue will vanish
