Why use
%{?sle15allpythons}
The python3 version is required somewhere? It's better to use%{?sle15_python_module_pythons}
to build just python311 version to try to avoid to maintain modern packages for the old python 3.6 version.I had this discussion for a different package. As 3.6 is still the 'defualt' in Leap I feel it does not harm when it is still there.
