This is the upcoming GCC 14 compiler, at this point not default but set
to provide the runtime libraries as we did in the past. Add
# The following shlibs have the latest version build from GCC 13 sources
%product_libs_gcc_ver_libm2 18
and change %product_libs_gcc_ver to 14
I needed to add
Prefer: libgdruntime4 libgphobos4
sofar in devel:gcc. There are known build fails for the crosses to
BPF (needs updated binutils) and epiphany (I'll probably axe that
if it doesn't get fixed upstream).
