we found a good reason against this dependency:
steam-devices is snot part of the OSS repo, but actually the NON-OSS.
As such, the dep is invalid
But it's not 'invalid'.. and steam-devices is fully MIT licensed
https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-devices
The oss pattern must not require a package from non-oss.
steam-devices is a sub-package generated by steam.src
Attempting to address with https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1143032 and https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1143031
Addressed in devel project, submissions otw to Factory
This should be ready to stage again - we have steam-devices MIT licensed in Factory now
