- Update to version 2.0.17.8.g67984e5:
* numastat: Print package version number instead of own.
* numastat: Remove commented out perl code
* Check for MPOL_PREFERRED_MANY lazily
* libnuma: add numa_set_mempolicy_home_node API

After the previous update, libnuma started printing error messages from its constructor:

# qemu-img create /tmp/img 1M
get_mempolicy: Operation not permitted
Formatting '/tmp/img', fmt=raw size=1048576

Some of the tests that I run fail because of that, as they do not expect output on stderr for executed commands.
