Leap has an old RPM version, which does not add the user()/group() dependencies..

Leap does not have RPM 4.19 and thus also does not have the user() requires... please see https://lists.opensuse.org/archives/list/factory@lists.opensuse.org/thread/HG2JKUIKDTWQQIQSA43A4VWHX7YKJQT3/
I wrote I use Leap to test it! And Leap use version 0.14. And it run without error!
Eric: This is a submission to openSUSE:Factory - aka Tumbleweed.
Tumbleweed uses RPM 4.19. RPM 4.19 automatically adds dependencies for user()/group() symbols for anything listed in the files section to be installed as different owner than root (as happens in this package)
The user is being generated in %pre, which is fine, but the rpm needs to advertise this in the metadata with the respective provides (see linked article from earlier)
The fact that Leap 15.5 did not do this and the package installs without issue there is no reference and does not change the fact that this package is not installable on Tumbleweed when built on Tumbleweed
see sr#1146625
Okay. I have not test under Tumbleweed. Only unter Leap. Have accept it now and hope that it will be still installable under Leap.
