Thanks for the SR but I think it's only working for TW because of a side effect of %sle_version not being defined, so 0<=150500. I'm preparing another change for pipewire so I'll add a fix to let it build in 15.5 too

So, that was definitely the last request for any package.
Again and again requests are rejected with flimsy arguments. Then just bring doxygen 1.10 in Leap. If the version needs doxygen 1.10, then it needs it. That's it. These flimsy rejections have also been increasing recently. It's no fun anymore.
I don't feel like it anymore. My lifetime is too important to me for that.
btw, it's also working because you have doxygen 1.10.0 in your home, but doxygen 1.10.0 is not available in 15.5 so even with this patch it wouldn't build in multimedia:libs anyway. If you want to build the package in your home, you can also copypac the doxygen-1_10 package from SUSE:SLE-15-SP6:GA which should work without doing any change in pipewire

I'm sorry that you feel that way, I think it's the first time I decline a SR in a LONG time and I certainly thought for long how to write the reason for rejection so that it was clear and didn't discourage further requests as I always try to do. The problem is that doxygen can't be updated in Leap because it might break other packages. That's why doxygen-1_10 was added to SUSE:SLE-15-SP6:GA so we can use doxygen 1.10 (in SLE 15 SP6/Leap 15.6) when explicitly requesting it. I've asked Takashi Iwai to copy doxygen-1_10 in multimedia:libs just for 15.5, which I think is the easiest/fastest way to fix this, since making pipewire build with doxygen < 1.9.7 seems to work but is really creating broken man pages. So it will be fixed in a few minutes.
