Does this really need pkgonf and not just its subpackage pkg-config?

Line 174 in the spec file:

       -DLUAJIT_INCLUDE_DIR:PATH=%(pkgconf --cflags-only-I luajit|cut -c 3-) \

But I can send a new SR where I replace pkgconf with pkg-config
