Latest version of Postgis is 3.4.2 if you want to upgrade.

Sorry the comment was a bit harsh. In case, what I would like to have as help is a refreshed bunch of patches for the tests failing in https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:bruno_friedmann:branches:Application:Geo/postgis all the rest of the package is almost ready to be sr otherwise. I'm lacking of free time to finish it.
If you want to help shaping postgis, the package in application:geo is up to date 3.4.2 but will certainly need more care. please ask to be maintainer there if you wish to help.
