It seems you are using a git snapshot. Could you follow the versioning guideline for the version? (https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Package_versioning_guidelines)
Also, please more details of 64.patch in gnu-efi.changes and give it a more meaningful name. The git commit descriptions could easily get lost after 'quilt refresh'.
The versioning is accepted convention in openSUSE (that guidelines page needs updating.. see any git based GNOME package)
