- you dont explain why the patch needs to be applied in the install section
- does that mean orthanc has an intree copy of dcmtk?
- you dont mention the conditional changes for the compiler hanndling related to this: https://nordisch.org/posts/rpm-spec-files-conditionals-and-forcing/
1) We need the patch not only in the source for building, but as well in the exported source tree as the plugins use that - and will fail with a newer dcmtk package, see boo#1218423 2) No.... 3) goes back to a discuccion with Max Lin as gcc13 is needed at least for postgres and mysql plugins to work properly
