It's generated by cpanspec. It adds CHECK in case it doesn't find a license in the module anywhere. Apparently the problem with this module is that there is no LICENSE file, both META files have 'unknown', and the module documentation has no LICENSE header, the actual "This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the same terms as Perl itself." is listed under the AUTHOR header. :( So I have to add it manually. Will create a new request. I wish CPAN would enforce a license...
