Used to be in Factory:Contrib, but according to mrdocs it should be moved to games, so here is the submit request ;)
Let me know in case something needs to be fixed, since I'm not an expert regarding packaging.

RedDwarf declined request
- Use %{?_smp_flags} instead of %{?jobs:-j%jobs}
- Those Requires(post)/Requires(postun) can be removed. The macros already test for the availability of the tools and it doesn't make sense to run update-mime-database if shared-mime-info is not installed
- I would remove those xdg-icon-resource calls in the scrplets and install those icons in %install. Otherwise xdg-utils would be "Requires(post)"ed.
