1. “Too many changes to list, see https://github.com/bokeh/bokeh/blob/3.4.0/docs/CHANGELOG” I understand your point, but it would be nicer, if you packaged the CHANGELOG file in %docs and linked to that.
2. You should probably add ExcludeArch: %{ix86} instead of pretending we care about it.

Otherwise, no problem.

Thanks for the review. For point 2, I think on %ix86 we will just disable the nbconvert test that makes it unresolvable. Otherwise, the package builds and works fine on these archs.
