Given the xz upstream tarball issue, I have switched back to tar_scm (will try to switch to obs_scm in the future)

The existing filename was more in line with how upstream distributes the tar balls. On a glance, we could also tell the version based on the date, can we go back to passt-20240220.1e6f92b.tar.xz naming scheme?

Yeah, @dancermak, I also am not sure what switching from "date-hash" in %Version to using the full git hash is buying us... Maybe I'm missing it?

If it's for having a proper URL in Source:, we can still have it, e.g.: https://passt.top/passt/snapshot/passt-2024_03_26.4988e2b.tar.xz --> %{URL}/%{name}/snapshot/%{name}-%{version}.tar.xz
