This makes 4store build with gcc14. Regardig all the changelogs, I
admit ai have no clue what I am doing, but the declining messages are
not very halpful either.

(Steven Chamberlain: use _GNU_SOURCE instead of __USE_MISC), now in
patch Use-_GNU_SOURCE-instead-of-__USE_MISC.patch, to fix
boo#1223978.
