a better name for the package would be transactional-update-ensure-x86_64_v3,also shouldnt this package require the transactional-update package?
Requires transactional-update as suggested by review. Rename suggestion isn't valid, all other consumers of transactional-update opted to NOT take this approach to ensuring x86_64 libs are present, so it's an Aeon specific config, hence *-branding-Aeon
