Request 1174085 superseded

so I know this won't get accepted, but I wanted to have a clean sheet for discussing this. As of right now, no newer version than what is in Leap works on Leap. Seems like nobody ever checked if it actually runs (after building succesfully). On 15.5 lutris needs python-dbus-python, on 15.6 it needs python-evdev. without these it won't even install. (if you want to verify this you can grab the rpms from home:rrahl0:upgrades/lutris-upstream) so what is the way forward?

They need to add Leap:15.X:Update/Standard to get the job done here. Update repo provides these required packages to install on a Leap >=15.5 systems.

The repositories games and games:tools already use openSUSE:Leap:15.x:Update/standard.

The way forward: If possible fix Leap 15.6 (15.5 as well, but 15.6 is more important). If totally impossible fix Tumbleweed only and we disable 15.x. If possible, but too complex: It depends ;-)

I would also like to suggest: maybe just make a SR with the translation change. So that you can have this shipped already. And then decide/discuss/work on the Leap fix in another SR.
