Only build results for Factory but no build results for the other build repositories where cups successfully builds in the OBS Printing project, see
https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:How_to_contribute_to_the_Printing_project
The changed (adapted for CUPS 2.4.8) downgrade-autoconf-requirement.patch is not mentioned in the changes file.
Nevertheless I will accept it for now only in the Printing project to see how it builds there and to add the missing changelog entry.
