Overview
I thought format specfile does this, but seems not: please cut the description at approx 80 chars line length.
Also drop the suse check for the ancient version and I'd suggest to set revision to 1. 0.0 is strange for OBS.

For revision I really meant 1, not 1.0. OBS will take that only as a starting point for real release calculation, so digits after the dot make no sense at all ;-)
With description cut I meant that lines should not be longer than 80 chars, not that text must be reduced. Probably split would have been a better word...
Anyway accepted as is, you can change it later yourself, as I made you maintainer...
