mlocate 0.26 was released 11 years ago. It got no real updates besides spec file fiddling since then. The package plocate is the maintained successor of mlocate, which is in Factory since quite some time. plocate is a drop-in replacement, it can fully replace mlocate, providing the same user interface as mlocate. So I suggest removing mlocate.

I just did SR#1180248 to bring plocate on a par with mlocate (umask tweaks, conditional apparmor).
