With this update, the sdbootutils-scriptlets package is obsoleted

@Ana, before this is released we need to wait a new version of sdbootutil, disk-encryption-tool and transactional-update. I am preparing the two first for today and I will link the SR once I tested all this a bit more

Thanks @anag+factory, seems that the version that just @fos updated (SR#1185422) will present the same behavior, but reading the comments seems that they are expected. Is it a matter of changing openQA tests?
