A kernel patch has been submitted. The patch will land in 6.11 and this will fix the package build. I haven't figured out how to apply the kernel patch for this particular package.

The patch changes two lines in a simple way, you can do that in rtla.spec by sed, or add a package local patch and apply it.
Build fixed, I'll add it devel project and sent SR to Factory. Somebody please revoke the deletion SR, thanks.
Thanks a lot!
