The xorg-x11 change is probably another missing cpanspec.yml adaption: see https://build.opensuse.org/package/rdiff/devel:languages:perl/perl-Tk?linkrev=base&rev=47

Additional patch tagging would be fine, e.g. add "PATCH-FIX-UPSTREAM short_text_and_maybe_link_to_ticket" behind the "-p0" and cpanspec will copy it as comment. Makes work later easier for next author when patches conflict.
