- Add -Wno-error=incompatible-pointer-types to optflgas in order to
prevent GCC 14 from reporting errors because of these C99
violations. [boo#1221685]

Please (assuming this request is OK), forward it to Factory soonish
too, so that we can switch the default compiler.
