I know this is quite "controversial" as we move away from cargo_vendor.
But as cargo_vendor doesn't produce reproducible tarballs, I think this is
the better choice
- update to 5.6.0:
* Add support for Akamai Connected Cloud (Linode)
* increase minimum rust version to 1.75
- move to the upstream provided vendor tarball, for (better) reproducibility

- make lint happy about dracut package not being noarch
- add afterburn-sshkeys.target to pre/post
- simplify the spec for easier maintainability
- fix patch fix-authorized-keys-location.patch so autosetup can be used

- switch over to obs-service-cargo
