there is a rebasing problem with the "no-pytest-benchmark" patch which is visible in having to add pytest-benchmark as buildrequires
the %build cargo.lock removal patch doesn't make sense. if upstream locks on a specific release then we should use that release.
also the changelog is not great as Adrian already mentioned.
I would personally prefer copying the upstream changelog verbatim into the changes file with some format adjustments as just referring to the upstream changelog on the homepage defeats the purpose of the changes file.
