I still think this update is not the right thing to do; boo#1226676 is getting fixed by a joint effort in the kdump and Perl-bootloader packages. Temporarily disabling kdump in YaST seems superfluous and will only take another update once the underlying problem is fixed. We discussed this in the github PR: https://github.com/yast/yast-kdump/pull/138#issuecomment-2180187178.
