This package uses osc _service to get the source from the git repository, in this request you updated manually, something that's not needed.

The way to update this kind of packages is:
* edit the `_service` file to update the version
* Also change "disabled" with "manual" in that file, because "disabled" mode is deprecated
* Run the service to get the latest source `osc service mr`
* Remove the old source tar.xz and add the new one
* Review the python-EditorConfig.changes that should be updated by the service

The service fills the changes and also edit the .spec file with the new source version so in this kind of packages almost everything is automated.
