- since we moved to gz compression, we can remove zstd from BuildRequires - switch to noarch, as it actually doesn't include any binaries

Why move from zstd to gz? zstd is widely used these days, the build dependency doesn't hurt.
this was done by Johannes Meixner because of Leap. and i wouldnt mind being the maintainer of those two packages
