Not sure if the executable should be in /usr/sbin. I have not tested this yet, but wanted to send it in case someone is interested...

The builds results might change and show failures, as I try to get the checks working...

Huh, my last comment is gone.

The tests cannot (yet) be disabled partially, aka we cannot only disable the tests that need DBUS (and thus fail on OBS). Hence all tests are currently disabled.

It is unfortunate that OBS shows the current state of the build, not the one from the revision that is being submitted. When I opened the SR the tests were disabled and the build succeeded.

Then I fumbled around and talked to upstream on how to disable the checks only partially...

I'll properly disable the checks and send a new SR.
