Intel completely changed the structure of their SINIT ACM distribution in

There is no longer any resemblance to the previous file structure and file
naming scheme. This would require a major packaging change or fork. I don't
believe this kind of binary redistribution is well suited for RPM packaging
anyway.

Instead users should download the ACMs themselves from above website. Intel
TXT and tboot (the only OSS application using TXT that I know of) aren't used
a lot anymore. Actually tboot seems to be in a state of dilapidation. Asking
the few remaining users to download the ACMs directly from Intel's website
seems an acceptable burden.
