Please don't add emtpy check sections - if there is nothing to test, there is nothing to test

rpmlint suggests to add one if there is a test suite.... but it also sais not to ask an empty check section

Please check if the package [ 800s] has a testsuite and what it takes to enable the testsuite as part of the [ 800s] package build. If it is not possible to run it in the build environment 800s or no testsuite exists, then please ignore this warning. You should [ 800s] not insert an empty %check section.
