If you look into https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log/OBS:Server:2.10:Staging/OBS-Appliance:oem/images/x86_64 you'll see this lines:

[ 1097s] dracut: dracut module 'memstrack' will not be installed, because command 'pgrep' could not be found!
[ 1097s] dracut: dracut module 'memstrack' will not be installed, because command 'pkill' could not be found!

This SR fixes that
