after suse has removed podofo binary. boo#1231058
Upstream say only podofo >= 0.10.3, but not whether libpodofo is
sufficient or whether they need the binary podofo.

And attention the icu package in X11:common:Factory is too new.
Also an RC.
This is not what calibre and I think other packages build with.
