this seems counter productive ... is the other digestif binary doing kinda the same so they are kinda replacements for each other or can there be valid use cases that you want to have installed both? maybe we should rename one of the binaries?
tbh i have a feeling that we can finally remove this package? it seems to be it's now part of texlive group of packages now?
i will probably go with renaming the binary for now. i will re-SR later after thinking how to rename this.

I see that we are talking about the same stuff
name digestif category Package revision 65223 shortdesc Editor plugin for LaTeX, ConTeXt etc. longdesc Digestif is a code analyzer, and a language server, for LaTeX, longdesc plain TeX, ConTeXt and Texinfo. It provides context-sensitive longdesc completion, documentation, code navigation, and related longdesc functionality to any text editor that speaks the LSP protocol. depend digestif.ARCH runfiles size=157 texmf-dist/scripts/digestif/digestif.texlua texmf-dist/scripts/digestif/digestif.zip catalogue-contact-bugs https://github.com/astoff/digestif/issues catalogue-contact-repository https://github.com/astoff/digestif catalogue-ctan /support/digestif catalogue-license gpl3+ lppl1.3 fdl catalogue-topics editor-extn use-lua use-luatex catalogue-version 0.5.1
means with the next TeXLive version update it is likely that the next digestif is the version 0.6 or even higher ... no idea if kpathsearch dependency is then part of.
