Generally fine.. the .changes is slightly 'huge'.
If you could compress it a bit, maybe for 'unimportant' changes only list the bug numbers in the Bugs fixed: section? That would be awesome! What is unimportant: read through it: if it does not make sense to you or is too cryptic, you can accept it as unimportant :)
