Leap 16.0 needs syslog-ng. However, a couple of things need to be fixed, before it can be included. I'll send a couple of e-mails soon to factory asking for directions.
paho-mqtt was there https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1212624, python-kubernetes was https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1214205 , I need to sort out staging project to group them together, The problem is clang13 - https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1211974 llvm13 submission got declined by maintainer, do we really need clang13 in syslog-ng? does it work with newer llvm like llvm17? and why it does BuildRequires: clang13 rather than clang13-devel?
As I originally wrote in an e-mail response from my mobile: "I submitted a new version to Base:System and Factory, which fixes the clang dependency (no more versioned), and disables any features with problematic dependencies. I can turn them back on later."
