- Switch from fiveai/Cachet v2.5.1 to cachethq/cachet v2.4.1 (downgrade but actually upgrade)
- Repair service (instead of attempting to log the help menu to a path which does not exist, actually run schedules and log to the journal)
- Ship cachet_settings.sql to work around broken /setup route and to allow for installation without exposing a setup GUI
- Disable fdupes because Laravel does not allow links
- Correct paths in README.SUSE
- Replace obsolete SuSEfirewall2 instructions in README.SUSE with modern firewall-cmd equivalents
- Replace CA certificate store with link to system bundle
- Correct requirement for subpackage

This is far from perfect, but aims to at least get https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/169012 forward to relocate status.o.o.
