Why do you need an empty pathc file called +Patch0: 4_6_BRANCH.diff
and also BRANCH_STATUS? Please remove those
Regarding the changes file:
This looks like a new submission - in that case it's perfectly fine
to start with a new changes file stating where it's split up from.
But you can leave it as is.
