even if it takes a few attempts to build this biest correctly, we
could give Adrian a note for this issue of failing file operations
under certain conditions. He might be interested in such issues,
since it points to an area, where spurious misbehavior could lead
to serious issues in the long run.

- cleanup spec
- enable tests
- relocate binary to binary-%{py_ver} and use update-alternatives

- Update to version 4.0.0
+ Note / test support for Python 3.2.
