The release Tag is not going to be have the effect you wish: Release: is replaced by OBS based on auto-checkin numbers.
I'd recommend the version to be:
Version: 0.6.0~rc1
this can correctly be 'upgraded' to 0.6.0 (see zypper vcmp 0.6.0~rc1 0.6.0) and keeps the name in line with what you want.
Also, it is not good practice to 'invent' version numbers (like 0.5.90) if they are not in line with what upstream uses.
