Thanks for the update. Just the couple of comments:
1. Please add the full source URL to the Source: tag in the spec file, this allows validation of the source file, e.g. by obs source validator service
2. Please look into fixing the rpmlint warnings related to wrong end of file encoding and presence of __DATE__ and __TIME__ in the dynamips binary.

Accepting now, but probably better to forward to Factory after the above fixes.
