Hi, I am not sure if such name/version mungling is really needed. But I do expect that one should either install normal non-kolab build or kolab aware one, but do not mix it together, which won't probably work

It this case I would recommend to add %{version} tag to all relevant Requires, like

Requires: perl-Cyrus-IMAP = %{version}

so kolab powered build will require perl-Cyrus-IMAP-2.3.18_kolab, where normal one will want perl-Cyrus-IMAP-2.3.18

And it'd be great if you will kill u in README.SuSE :)
