Enlightenment Foundation Libraries:
This is the new build process for the efl, this package will replace most of the existing efl packages (eina, eet, evas, ecore, edje etc)

* This request Supersedes 213817 and 213662
** Removes requirement on bullet for efl-devel (Should have been in a have physics check)
** Puts a conflict in libefreet-mime and trash due to current incorrect libefreet package
** removes Man pages as they conflict alot and fixes a file that had moved from the devel package into the main package
